California Will Template sells a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately, so there is no statutory cooling-off or cancellation period. Even so, we want you to feel good about your purchase.
If you are not happy with your will draft, email us at support@californiawilltemplate.com within 7 days of your purchase and tell us what went wrong. We will work with you to fix it, or refund your payment. You do not need to give a detailed reason.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly downloading drafts and requesting refunds. This policy does not limit any rights you have under California consumer protection law.
