Last Will and Testament of Miguel Angel Reyes 1. Declaration. I, Miguel Angel Reyes, residing at 3421 Adams Avenue, San Diego, California, holder of California Driver License R4820517, born March 12, 1971, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I write and sign every material provision of this document in my own hand as a holographic will under California Probate Code section 6111, which requires no witnesses and no notary. 2. Capacity.
